Naawe Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
✅ Accepted Returns:

Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging (within 30 days of receipt).

Manufacturing defects (within 1 year of purchase, proof required).
❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Customized products (e.g., engraved or painted items).

Wall-mounted or ceiling-installed products.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Submit Return Request

Submit your return request via email or through our Contact Us page.

Include the following in your email:

Order number or proof of purchase.

A full product photo (with packaging).

A close-up photo of the issue (circle defects if applicable).

Step 2: Customer Service Review (1-3 business days)

You will receive an email notification about the approval or denial of your return request.

Approved returns will receive the return address and detailed instructions for return.
Step 3: Ship Item Back

Return the item using the original packaging or protective materials.

Ship the product to the provided return address.
Step 4: Warehouse Inspection

Upon arrival, our warehouse will complete the quality inspection within 3 business days.
Step 5: Refund Processing

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the item passes inspection.
3. Cost Responsibility

Defective Items: Naawe will cover the return shipping costs (a prepaid label will be provided upon approval).

Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (self-arranged).
4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued ONLY to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Processing times may vary by bank (typically 7-14 business days).
5. Important Notes

⚠️ Returns MUST be pre-approved: Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

⚠️ 15% restocking fee: Applies if parts or packaging are missing.
