Using two different sized walmart plastic tables for puttiing food and deserts on for a garden party, these workedperfect. Easily put together and the clamping mechanism easily accommodated the tablecloth and table thickness that was at least 2".

It's extremely sturdy, made of metal and can be used on vaarious size tables of different lengths. I got mine to decorate for Christmas andintend to also use it for Easter Sunday as I also host Easter brunch so I got the white version but they have various color options available. The clamps for place at each end of the tableclaymp on like a vice. You just spin to tighten so it can accommodate different table top thicknesses and they provide pads to put on the clamps i so you don't ruin your table. You can use this forbirthdays and other holidays. So many decorating possibilities, including outdoor tables in the summer for barbecues with solar lights, which I can't wait to use it for as well!!Definitely a multi-use purchase.
